이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 인성정보(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 감정 기반 웰니스 서비스 리아(RIA)(이하 “서비스”)의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
본 서비스는 의료 행위가 아닌 비의료적 웰니스 서비스입니다.

제2조 (정의)

• “회원”이란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
• “감정 데이터”란 사용자가 서비스 내에서 입력하거나 생성한 감정 기록, 대화 내용, 선택한 감정 상태 등을 의미합니다.
• “사용자 생성 콘텐츠(UGC)”란 회원이 작성, 업로드, 공유한 모든 콘텐츠를 의미합니다.
• “디지털 인격체(DI)”란 감정 대화 및 분석을 위해 생성된 AI 기반 캐릭터를 의미합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

• 본 약관은 서비스 화면 또는 기타 방법으로 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
• 회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 사전에 공지합니다.

제4조 (회원가입)

• 회원가입은 사용자가 약관에 동의하고 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 가입을 신청한 후, 회사가 이를 승낙함으로써 성립됩니다.
• 회사는 다음의 경우 가입을 제한하거나 보류할 수 있습니다.
  • 타인의 정보를 도용한 경우
  • 허위 정보를 입력한 경우
  • 서비스 운영에 지장을 줄 수 있다고 판단되는 경우

제5조 (개인정보 보호 및 활용)

• 회사는 회원의 개인정보를 개인정보처리방침에 따라 보호합니다.
• 감정 데이터는 민감 정보에 해당하며, 선택적 동의를 통해 서비스 개선 및 맞춤형 기능 제공에 활용될 수 있습니다.

제6조 (사용자 생성 콘텐츠 및 관리)

• 회원은 타인을 비방하거나 불쾌감을 주는 콘텐츠를 게시해서는 안 됩니다.
• 회사는 다음 콘텐츠에 대해 사전 통지 없이 삭제 또는 제한할 수 있습니다.
  • 욕설, 혐오, 괴롭힘 등 부적절한 콘텐츠
  • 허위 정보 또는 오해를 유발하는 콘텐츠
  • 서비스 목적에 부합하지 않는 콘텐츠

신고 기능

• 회원은 부적절한 콘텐츠를 신고할 수 있으며, 회사는 이를 검토 후 적절한 조치를 취합니다.

차단 기능

• 회원은 특정 사용자를 차단할 수 있으며, 차단 시 해당 사용자의 콘텐츠는 즉시 노출되지 않습니다.

운영 개입

• 신고 및 차단 정보는 서비스 품질 개선 및 정책 운영을 위해 활용될 수 있습니다.

제7조 (서비스의 성격 및 의료 관련 고지)

• 본 서비스는 감정 기록 및 자기 이해를 돕는 비의료적 웰니스 서비스입니다.
• 서비스에서 제공되는 리포트, 분석 및 AI 응답은 다음을 기반으로 생성됩니다.
  • 일반 심리학 이론 (감정 분류, 행동 패턴 분석 등)
  • 사용자 입력 데이터 기반 통계 분석
• 해당 정보는 참고용이며, 의료적 진단이나 치료를 대체하지 않습니다.
• 건강 또는 정신 관련 문제가 있는 경우 반드시 전문 의료기관을 이용해야 합니다.

제8조 (서비스의 제공)

• 서비스는 다음 기능을 포함합니다.
  • 감정 기록 및 분석
  • 감정 리포트 생성
  • AI 대화 및 상황 분석
  • 사용자 콘텐츠 생성 및 관리
• 회사는 시스템 점검 및 운영상 필요 시 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.

제9조 (구독 및 결제)

서비스는 일부 기능에 대해 자동 갱신 구독을 제공합니다.

구독 상품 정보

• 상품명: RIA 프리미엄
• 구독 기간: 1개월
• 가격: 월 6,900원 (부가세 포함)
• 결제 방식: Apple 인앱결제

자동 갱신

• 구독은 매월 자동 갱신됩니다.
• 갱신은 결제일 24시간 이전에 취소하지 않을 경우 자동으로 이루어집니다.

해지 방법

• 구독 해지는 Apple 계정 설정에서 가능합니다.

환불 정책

• 환불은 Apple App Store 정책을 따릅니다.

제10조 (회원의 의무)

• 회원은 타인의 정보를 무단으로 사용하거나, 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
• 회원은 본인의 콘텐츠에 대한 책임을 부담합니다.

제11조 (서비스 해지 및 탈퇴)

• 회원은 언제든지 서비스 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 이를 즉시 처리합니다.
• 탈퇴 시 데이터는 관련 법령에 따라 처리됩니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between INSUNG INFORMATION Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) and users (the “User”) regarding the use of the emotional wellness service RIA (the “Service”).
This Service is a non-medical wellness service and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “User” refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
• “Emotional Data” refers to any emotional records, conversations, or selected emotional states entered or generated by the User.
• “User-Generated Content (UGC)” refers to all content created, uploaded, or shared by Users.
• “Digital Identity (DI)” refers to AI-based virtual characters designed to support emotional interaction and analysis.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

• These Terms shall take effect upon being posted within the Service or otherwise communicated to Users.
• The Company may modify these Terms in compliance with applicable laws and will notify Users in advance of any changes.

Article 4 (Registration)

• User registration is completed when a User agrees to these Terms and the Company approves the application.
• The Company may restrict or reject registration in the following cases:
  • Use of another person’s identity
  • Submission of false information
  • Any activity that may interfere with the operation of the Service

Article 5 (Privacy Protection)

• The Company protects personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
• Emotional Data may be considered sensitive information and may be used, with user consent, for service improvement and personalization.

Article 6 (User-Generated Content and Moderation)

• Users shall not post content that is offensive, abusive, or harmful to others.
• The Company may remove or restrict content without prior notice if it:
  • Contains harassment, hate speech, or abusive language
  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Violates the purpose or policies of the Service

Reporting Mechanism

• Users may report objectionable content, and the Company will review and take appropriate action.

Blocking Mechanism

• Users may block other users. Blocked users’ content will be immediately removed from the User’s view.

Moderation

• Reports and blocking actions may be used to improve service quality and enforce policies.

Article 7 (Service Nature and Medical Disclaimer)

• The Service is intended for emotional tracking and self-reflection and is a non-medical wellness service.
• Reports, analyses, and AI-generated responses are based on:
  • General psychological frameworks (e.g., emotion classification, behavioral pattern analysis)
  • Statistical analysis of user-provided data
• The information provided is for reference purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Users should seek professional medical advice for any health or mental health concerns.

Article 8 (Service Provision)

• The Service includes the following features:
  • Emotional tracking and analysis
  • Emotional report generation
  • AI-based conversation and analysis
  • User content creation and management
• The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or operational reasons.

Article 9 (Subscriptions and Payments)

The Service may offer auto-renewable subscription features.

Subscription Details

• Subscription Period: Monthly
• Price: KRW 6,900 per month (VAT included)
• Payment Method: Apple In-App Purchase

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation

• Subscriptions can be managed and canceled through the User’s Apple account settings.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store policies.

Article 10 (User Obligations)
